Experience preferred, but we will train the right candidate.

- Organize and maintain legal files and documents - Assist with legal research and drafting of legal documents - Conduct interviews with clients and witnesses to gather information - Prepare and proofread legal correspondence, contracts, and other documents - Manage document management systems and ensure accurate recordkeeping - Assist with project management tasks related to legal cases - Coordinate meetings, appointments, and court appearances for attorneys - Provide administrative support such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Legal Assistant or in a similar role preferred - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficient in conducting legal research and drafting legal documents - Attention to detail and strong proofreading skills - Familiarity with document management systems is a plus - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Job Types:
