Summary:
As a Casino Host at Bally's, you will support the Company's Player Development initiatives by identifying, qualifying, and computerizing target customers.
This position's starting salary is $45,000.
Essential Functions:
Foster an environment that embodies Bally's Born to Entertain philosophy by creating a fun-filled, entertaining atmosphere Enthusiastically promote Bally's customer-centric culture of offering superior guest service and actively building long-lasting guest relations Adhere to policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements, Company initiatives, and organizational goals Perform the duties and responsibilities associated with the Illinois Gaming Board Statewide Voluntary Self-Exclusion Program Attract, develop, and retain new player patronage through personalized service Assist in evaluating the casino's host performance initiatives Assist in the development of programs to increase player worth while staying within established comping guidelines Greet and host customers, maintaining a high standard of courtesy, friendliness, and hospitable attitude Arrange special events for quality customers, including, but not limited to, air and ground transportation, accommodations, and tickets to sporting events Assist with phone solicitation Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Must be 21 years of age or older Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Illinois Gaming Board Must have a high school diploma or equivalent Must know and comply with requirements of Title 31 Bank Secrecy Act as pertains to Credit/Player Services transactions as well as all Illinois Gaming Board regulations Must be proficient in the entire Microsoft Suite and must be knowledgeable with casino computer systems High-level public relations and customer service skills are required Excellent written and verbal communications skills are required Must have a working knowledge of table games and slot machines Must be able to work weekends, weeknights, and holidays Physical Demands:
Regularly required to see, talk, hear, walk, and stand Frequently required to use hands to handle, feel, and reach Occasionally required to sit or stoop Occasionally lift and or move up to 30 pounds Work Environment:
The work environment is fast-paced and contains bright lights, loud noise, and stressful situations.
